Job summary

Morningside House of Towamencin is hiring an Activities Assistant - Life Enrichment to support the Life Enrichment Director in creating and coordinating diverse activities for residents at our Lansdale, PA community. This full-time role reports to the Life Enrichment Director and emphasizes engaging residents in educational and recreational programs.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent (or 6 months to 1 year related experience).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities.
• Encourage resident participation in programs and activities.
• Escort residents on activities away from the property as assigned.
• Assist with registration of residents for trips and programs.
• Maintain activity supplies and assist in budgeting and purchases.
