We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by transporting residents and planning activities.

Responsibilities

1. Transportation of residents in company vehicle for appointments and activities.
2. Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
3. Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
4. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Age 25 or older to meet company driver insurance requirements.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
