Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents. You will support calendar planning, budgeting, and community partnerships while ensuring activities meet individual resident needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, and demonstrated creative skills is preferred.
• Standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care or specific activity).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicle when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities--Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant

Requirements--Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant

• Required: Current, valid driver’s license
• Required: Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements

• Prefer: Experience working with one or more of the following: seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills
