Heartwood is looking for a fun and energetic person to make a difference in the lives of our residents by providing stimulating programs and fun social activities such as crafts, games, art, and entertainment in either a group setting or individually at our beautiful new Care Center as a Life Enrichment/Activity Assistant.
Schedule: Full-time (72 hours every two weeks), union position. Day shift with some evenings. Every other weekend.
Pay: $17.43 - $20.79 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Located in Crosby, MN, Heartwood offers a range of senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and a skilled nursing facility. Our 30-acre campus is located close to the Brainerd and Cuyuna Lakes recreation areas and is surrounded by woods and wildlife providing a serene environment for residents and staff.
