Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Activity/ Recreation Aide to support planning and delivering engaging programs for residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist with planning, coordinating, and evaluating a range of recreational and educational activities that improve residents’ quality of life.

The role requires interaction with residents, families, and staff, and offers a weekend/full-time schedule with starting wage around $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs for residents.
• Support supervisor in coordinating activities and programs that align with resident assessments and care plans.
