Job summary

Volante of Round Rock is seeking an Activities Supervisor for memory care to lead and mentor staff, develop engaging programs, and implement life enrichment activities aligned with resident needs. The role requires 1+ year experience with elderly and in providing planned activities, a high school diploma, First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Weekend coverage and on-call availability are required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience working with elderly.
• 1+ year experience providing planned activities.
• First Aid Certification based on state requirement.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis.
