• At least 1 year of activities/recreation experience.
• Dementia engagement certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• Current or eligible CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Life Engagement Coordinator in planning and implementing programs and events.
• Provide residents with Acts Signature Experience (ASE) emphasizing body, mind, and spirit.
• Ensure opportunities for meaningful engagement for residents with differing cognitive and functional levels.
• Support resident empowerment and engagement informed by Montessori principles.
