• Life Engagement Programming: Facilitate life engagement activities according to the approved schedule and in conjunction with individual resident's Negotiated Service Agreements.
• Customer Service: Observe resident satisfaction, engage families for feedback, and educate residents and community leaders on the importance of programming.
