Job summary

Anthem Memory Care is seeking a full-time team member to join our community, specifically working Friday through Tuesday from 9am to 5:30pm. The role involves collaboration with the Life Engagement Director to provide engaging activities that cater to the psychological, social, and spiritual needs of our residents.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with our residents, promoting their independence while ensuring their well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing care for individuals with memory loss.
• Ability to promote independence while ensuring resident well-being.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Life Engagement Director to provide activities and services for residents.
• Make a difference in the lives of residents daily.
• Create moments of connection and joy within the community.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION:

This position is full-time, Friday-Tuesday, 9am-5:30pm. The successful candidate works together with the Life Engagement Director to ensure that activities and services are available and provided to the residents to help fulfill their basic psychological, social and spiritual needs.
