Churchill Place Memory Care is dedicated to engaging, protecting, and loving residents living with memory loss, while providing a safe, active environment. This role works with the Life Engagement Director to ensure activities and services meet basic psychological, social, and spiritual needs.

You will help create moments of connection and joy through meaningful resident interactions, promoting independence and well-being, and supporting staff, families, and the community in a compassionate
