Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Client Service Associate to support a specialized life and disability insurance practice. The role focuses on policy service, records maintenance, and coordinated communications to ensure accurate, timely processing from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Birthday List and send Birthday Communications weekly.
• Manage client engagement touchpoints and distribute weekly birthday communications.
• Review and manage Lapse Reports and ensure timely follow-up.
• Close new policies and finalize increases following procedures.
• Initiate Death and Disability Claims per guidelines.
• Prepare annual Term Expiry reports and related communications.
• Download and organize correspondence from external systems.
• Retrieve and organize incoming correspondence for processing.
• Maintain client files and serve as first line of client questions.
• Coordinate policy service requests and carrier follow-up.
• Update CMS records and maintain electronic client files.
• Complete policy summaries and annual reviews.
• Perform general administrative duties and file materials.
