Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver a high level of service to clients within a specialized life and disability insurance practice. You will maintain client and policy records, coordinate communications, and help ensure requests are processed accurately from start to finish.

This role is ideal for an organized, personable professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and learning a specialized business.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Birthday List and send birthday communications weekly.
• Manage client engagement touchpoints and distribute personalized weekly communications.
• Review and manage Lapse Reports; monitor and analyze to ensure timely follow-up.
• Close new policies and finalize increases to keep internal records accurate.
• Initiate Death and Disability Claims and support processing per guidelines.
• Prepare annual Term Expiry reports and communicate findings.
