Job summary

NFP Corp is hiring a Client Service Associate to support a dedicated life and disability insurance practice. You will assist with policy service, maintain client and policy records, coordinate communications, and ensure requests are processed accurately from start to finish.

Prior life or disability insurance experience is not required; candidates from professional offices or financial services who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply. This hybrid role offers growth in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Life & Health License to be earned in the future.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Birthday List and send communications.
• Manage client engagement touchpoints and distribute birthday messages.
• Review and manage lapse reports and ensure timely follow-up.
• Close new policies and finalize increases; keep internal records accurate.
• Initiate death and disability claims and support processing.
• Prepare annual term expiry reports and distribute related communications.
