Job summary

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seeks a Management and Program Analyst to lead logistics strategies across the full lifecycle of major programs. You will orchestrate IPS elements, manage LCSP updates, and translate complex design specs into actionable logistics requirements.

You will collaborate with CBP programs, DHS components, and industry partners to ensure readiness and cost-effective sustainment, delivering briefings to senior leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) management and IPS integration.
• Ability to translate complex design specs into actionable logistics plans.
• Experience drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Strong coordination and advisory skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12 IPS elements and LCSP development for the acquisition lifecycle.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks and obsolescence risks and propose LOT procurement strategies.
• Draft SOWs/SLAs with clear availability metrics for complex systems like UAS.
• Deliver formal briefings to senior executives and external stakeholders.
