Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Logistics Program Manager to own the IPS strategy end-to-end for a weapon system program, coordinating acquisition logistics, systems engineering, and program management to ensure on-time deployments for critical missions worldwide.

You will interface with government stakeholders, manage CDRLs, establish sustainment concepts, and lead cross-functional teams while travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of acquisition logistics or DoD program management.
• Ownership of a product support strategy across IPS elements on a DoD/comparable program.
• Experience delivering logistics CDRLs against DIDs and negotiating sustainment scope.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Support Strategy and defend PS‑BCA analyses for various models.
• Establish planning assumptions amidst shifting requirements and navigate DFARS/DoDI policies.
• Represent supportability at SRR/PDR/CDR; translate analyses into maintenance concepts and spares requirements.
• Own the sustainment CDRL suite (LSP, LORA, PTD, Tech Manuals) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish depot partnerships, set initial outfitting levels, and manage repair‑and‑return pipelines.
• Oversee physical property records and implement IUID marking and site inventories.
• Direct the DMSMS program to mitigate component risks.
• Build O&S cost estimates and track performance metrics.
• Lead provisioning conferences and IPTs; manage logistics team and interface with government stakeholders.
• Create sustainment SOPs and provide hands‑on support to unblock fielding timelines.
