Job summary

Leland seeks an experienced life coach to guide clients toward personal growth and intentional living. You will support goal setting, self-reflection, mindfulness, and resilience, while helping clients manage stress and balance work and life.

Sessions are hosted virtually and hours/rates are determined by you in collaboration with the team. Ideal candidates bring hands-on coaching experience, relevant certifications, and a structured approach to helping clients navigate change while building

Qualifications

We’re seeking an experienced life coach to work with clients looking to grow personally and live with more intention. This role includes guidance on goal setting, self-reflection, personal growth, mindfulness, resilience, and communication skills, as well as helping clients manage stress, build better time management, and achieve a healthier work-life balance. Coaches also help clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to simplify their day-to-day lives. Ideal candidates have hands-on life coaching or related experience, relevant certifications, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate change and reach their goals. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
