Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Minnesota is seeking LifeCafe staff to prepare menu items and beverages to standard recipes with speed of service, while delivering friendly guest service in a clean, fast-paced cafe.

This role involves serving espresso drinks, assisting members, staying flexible for busy periods, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards; CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Position Summary

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
