Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking LifeCafe Staff to execute menu items according to recipes and speed of service standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a clean, sanitized cafe environment.

This hourly role requires standing and moving about the cafe, lifting more than 20 lbs, and obtaining CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. Wages start at $17.25 and rise to $21.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and pays up to $21.50, based on experience and qualifications.
