Job summary

Life Time Fitness in New York is seeking Life Café staff to deliver fast, friendly service while preparing food, shakes, and espresso beverages. You will respond to member questions, suggest menu items, and maintain a clean, safe café environment.

Position Summary

The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute food, shakes, and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner.
• Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Ensure cleanliness in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Execute espresso drink orders efficiently.

Position Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Café for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $19.50 and up to $21.25, based on experience and qualifications.
