Job summary

Blaise in New York is seeking an Insurance Solutions Specialist to guide new customers through demos, onboarding, and training on the Blaise platform. You’ll bring real working knowledge of life, annuity, and supplemental insurance products, plus the broader product lifecycle from development to regulatory filings.

You’ll educate customers, support adoption, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine features and testing, while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with life insurance and annuity products including development, forms drafting, regulatory filings, or compliance.
• Ability to run product demos and training sessions and communicate clearly to new users.
• Domain knowledge to teach insurance workflows with credibility and connect Blaise to real-world use cases.

Responsibilities

• Run product demos for prospective and new customers
• Lead onboarding and training across life, annuity, and supplemental lines
• Build and refine training materials as platform grows
• Provide first-line support with insurance/product fluency
• Escalate complex or strategic issues to the right teams
• Give insurance feedback to Product and Eng on new features and QA
