Job summary

Asset Protection and Security is seeking a vigilant shift supervisor for detention/corrections operations. You will supervise officers, ensure compliance with post orders and policies, and coordinate incident responses with ICE and management.

Duties include daily inventories, incident reporting, and staff performance evaluations. The role requires strong communication, at least five years of experience in detention/corrections supervision, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a detention/corrections operations supervisor or SNCO/Commission with Honorable Discharge
• Able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
• Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Observe shift muster and provide pass down to oncoming shift
• Supervise shift operations to ensure officers follow post orders
• Prepare daily operations summary and incident reports
• Act as Incident Commander with ICE and notify management of serious incidents
• Conduct daily equipment inventory and reviews of presence logs
• Prepare performance appraisals for Shift Supervisors
• Assist with detainee injury investigations and policy compliance
• Handle emergency responses as required by contract

Observe shift muster; provide pass down to on coming shift; conduct personnel inspection forward discrepancy reports as necessary to the Management Directly supervising the Shift Supervisors in performance of duties in regards to company policy ICE Policy PBNDS PREA and Facility SOP Supervise shift operations ensuring Officers are performing their duties in accordance with post orders Ensure all counts are conducted at prescribed times Review Supervisor Post ChecksPrepare Daily Operations summary Act as Incident Commander in conjunction with ICE Responding to anyall incidents occurring on shift Supervising preparation of required incident reports ensuring Management and Agency personnel are notified of all serious incidents and all reports are submitted timely Conducting employeeDetainee injury investigations in accordance with policies Reviewing Record of Presence to ensure all shift personnel have signed inout properly Conducting daily equipment inventory of controlled equipment Preparing performance appraisals for Shift Supervisors Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
