Job summary

Closeout Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to translate lien operations into efficient, software-driven workflows within our platform.

You will resolve liens end to end, request payoffs, negotiate reductions, review medical charges, and document outcomes to inform product improvements. We value initiative, accuracy, and curiosity about software; no degree checklist required, just hands-on results and clear communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Three or more years hands-on in personal injury lien resolution or settlement operations.
• Have requested, reviewed and negotiated payoffs yourself.
• Sharp eye for detail and habit of writing things down.
• Curious about software and able to articulate what is broken.

Responsibilities

• Resolve liens end to end: identify them, request payoffs, chase replies and close them out.
• Negotiate lien reductions and get every payoff confirmed in writing.
• Review medical charges against the treatment records and spot what doesn't belong.
• Handle Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, hospital and provider liens, knowing what each one needs.
• Turn how you work into Closeout's workflows, and test them on real-world cases.
• Tell us plainly when something in the product is wrong.
