The Team Lead supports the Reductions Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Reductions Department. This role is responsible for training, quality assurance, workflow coordination, reporting, productivity monitoring, and team development. The Team Lead helps ensure consistent application of department procedures, supports team members in meeting performance expectations, and promotes operational efficiency and service excellence.
Compensation is paid on an hourly basis. In addition, eligible In-Person Reductions Case Managers may have the opportunity to participate in the Company's bonus program, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, performance metrics, and program terms.
