Placements24 is seeking a Coordinador de Logística y Distribución Remoto to oversee the end-to-end logistics flow from warehouses to customers nationwide. This remote-first role focuses on transportation, warehousing, and distribution, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
• Proven ability to manage complex distribution networks and optimize shipping routes.
• Strong understanding of logistics software (TMS/WMS).
• Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Organizational and time-management excellence, especially remote work.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with carriers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including order processing, shipping, and receiving.
• Coordinate with transportation carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, optimizing routing and costs.
• Manage remote warehouse operations with space utilization and inventory accuracy.
• Develop strategies to improve delivery times and reduce shipping costs.
• Monitor shipment progress and address delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with 3PLs and carriers.
• Analyze data to identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on key logistics metrics such as on-time delivery and expenses.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve delivery-related issues.
