Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Digital Logistics and Supply Chain Manager for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will lead digital transformation across inventory management, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, leveraging WMS, TMS, ERP integration, and IoT for real-time visibility.

Requirements include a Master’s in SCM or related field and 7+ years in logistics with a strong digital focus; fluency in Spanish and English is preferred for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field (SCM, Logistics, MBA, Engineering).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management with digital transformation focus.
• Proven track record implementing and managing WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital strategy for the entire supply chain, focusing on automation, data analytics, and real-time visibility.
• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment using advanced digital tools.
• Manage transportation and logistics operations, optimizing routes and carrier performance through technology.
• Lead projects for new logistics software and digital platform implementations.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, sales, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
