Job summary

Placements24 is assisting a rapidly expanding e-commerce leader in optimizing operations at its Mexico City distribution hub. The role focuses on inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and staff leadership to meet KPIs and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, analytics, and continuous improvement, ready to lead a team in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field required.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Develop and implement inventory management processes to improve accuracy.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory, manage workflows and generate reports.
• Analyze data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Lead SOP development and train warehouse staff for safety and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain secure facilities.
• Collaborate with procurement, transportation and customer service teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipping and turnover.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
