The Goddard School of Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated lead or classroom teacher to coordinate daily class activities and deliver a high-quality early childhood program. You will plan, present, and evaluate educational activities while engaging with children and their parents to provide outstanding service.

We value educators with ECE credentials, CDA in hand or in progress, and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• CDA preferred
• 1–2 years of previous experience preferred
• Has completed state-required pre-service training
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Capacity to calmly address stressful situations while multi-tasking

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities
• Work with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service
• Maintain classroom ratios and ensure resources support classroom success
