The Goddard School in Aurora, Colorado is seeking two Lead Teachers to join our team. Our program emphasizes a Piaget-based, developmentally appropriate approach where children learn through play and exploration, guided by dedicated teachers.

Lead Teachers design engaging activities, communicate with parents, participate in training, and support children's social and cognitive growth. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or Child Development
• BA or higher including 18 credits in ECE/Child Development
• Associates Degree in ECE with 18 hours related to young children birth to age 8
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children 6 weeks to 6 years and Colorado ECE qualification
• Curriculum building for ages 6 weeks to 6 years
