Job summary

Fortress Floors GA is hiring a Crew Lead/Foreman to supervise installation teams for residential and commercial concrete coatings. You will coordinate prep, apply coatings, transport materials, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to tow a trailer.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions.
• Experience in epoxy or concrete coatings is preferred but not required. We’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and installation of residential and commercial concrete coatings.
• Safely transport materials, equipment, and crew to and from job sites
• Set up job sites and ensure tools and supplies are ready for each project
• Support the crew leader and follow instructions to ensure high-quality installations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site
