Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's in Social Work from an accredited program.
- LICSW licensure in Washington state is required.
- Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical social work experience.
- Strong communication and cultural competence for diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for integrated care.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources.
- Document interactions, progress, and outcomes in EHRs.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education.
