Mind Over Matters Therapeutic & Wellness Services, PLLC in Lakeville, MA is seeking a passionate LICSW therapist to join as a Clinical Supervisor in a hybrid, part-time W-2 role. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, and supervise pre-licensed clinicians and MSW interns.

This role emphasizes evidence-based practices (CBT/DBT/trauma-informed care), HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted LICSW licensure in Massachusetts (Rhode Island licensure a plus).
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Eligibility to provide clinical supervision under Massachusetts Board of Social Work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services to a diverse client caseload.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Assess safety concerns and develop safety plans with appropriate follow-up.
• Provide scheduled clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and MSW interns.
• Review and co-sign supervisee documentation and maintain supervision logs.
