Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Massachusetts LICSW licensure.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and documentation.
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Valant EHR.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervising other social workers.
• Evaluate diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time status (or handle more clients).
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to close gaps in care.
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical staff, and school personnel.
• Attend all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
