Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a Licensure Coordinator to work in person at the Lynchburg, VA campus. You will oversee CORE and Field Experience Management software for licensure courses, procure vouchers for EdTPA, and distribute and support software use within courses.

Close collaboration with the Director of Licensure Programs is essential. The role involves training faculty, coordinating with accreditation teams, and maintaining access, rubrics, and templates across sub terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, manage and support CORE and Field Experience Management software for over 200 licensure courses each sub term.
• Accreditation and licensure projects and reporting.
• Support of the Director of Licensure Programs.
• Communicate, manage, and support other third-party vendors.
• Develop training for faculty and SMEs on appropriate access and use of software.
• Collaborate with the School of Education leadership team, data team and accreditation team on accreditation and licensure projects and reporting.
• Research and update the State Approvals website.
• Updating the Georgia database and communicating with students in the GA inbox, as a support to the Director of Licensure Programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
