Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a Licensure Coordinator at the Lynchburg, VA campus to oversee CORE and Field Experience management software for licensure courses. You will procure EdTPA vouchers and manage software distribution and usage across courses.

You will collaborate with the School of Education leadership, data and accreditation teams, and faculty to ensure accurate reporting and updated rubrics and templates, while aligning with LU’s mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CORE and Field Experience Management software for licensure courses.
• Procurement of vouchers for EdTPA and all software in licensure courses.
• Distribution, support, and management of their use within courses.
• Coordinate with the Director of Licensure Programs and leadership on accreditation projects.
