QBE North America is seeking a licensing and appointment coordinator in Madison, WI. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 2-3 days a week to manage end-to-end licensing for agents and agencies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will mentor teammates, review background checks, and collaborate with legal/compliance and business stakeholders to resolve licensing issues and improve processes.

The purpose of this role is to manage the efficient processing of licensing and appointments for agents, agencies, and adjusters, ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end coordination, monitoring progress, and providing training and mentorship to teammates. Additionally, the role includes auditing and addressing compliance issues to maintain regulatory standards.
The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
