Benecardpbf is seeking a Licensing Specialist to ensure compliance with state and federal licensing requirements. You will research, prepare, file, and track regulatory filings across TPA, PBM, Pharmacy, and related areas.

Responsibilities include preparing licensing applications, annual reports, and renewals, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and reconciling invoices. Strong attention to detail and MS Office proficiency are essential for success in this role.

• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Research licensing requirements and obtain clarifications from regulators.
• Prepare initial license applications for TPA, PBM, Pharmacy, etc.
• Prepare annual reporting and renewal filings for TPA, PBM, Pharmacy, etc.
• Handle miscellaneous filings for insurers.
• Track filing progress and update spreadsheets/databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party licensing vendors.
