Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience working with children and families in social services, including case management in child welfare.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to resource homes and support resource families.
• Recruit homes as per contracted programs and ensure licensing standards.
• Follow policies and licensing rules and regulations to maintain compliance.
