Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of general office experience.
• Experience with licensing/regulatory processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research state requirements for titling, registration, and permitting.
• Prepare and submit title, registration, and permit applications and renewals.
• Track submission status with agencies and clients.
• Coordinate workflow with other technicians and accounting.
• Train new technicians on internal systems and federal guidelines.
• Ensure documents are properly filed and imaged.
