• Prepare and maintain records with detailed action histories.
• Train staff and update standard operating procedures.
• Assist with development of new licensing forms and databases.
• Keep management informed of ongoing activity and critical matters.
• Adhere to personnel policies and perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform complex research and compile reports or summaries.
• Assist in drafting internal forms or administrative rules as needed.
