Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Two years of direct customer service experience with the public.
• One year experience with electronic forms and data entry.
• One year experience supervising or coaching teammates.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Successful completion of structured training programs for licensing roles.

Responsibilities
