Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games is hiring a Paralegal in Licensing & Anti-Counterfeit to support commercial and consumer products licensing efforts. You will draft, review, and summarize licensing agreements and coordinate with IOC and internal teams.

The role reports to the Managing Counsel, Licensing & Anti-Counterfeit, with an expected start date in October 2026. This is an onsite position in Downtown Los Angeles, requiring strong IP knowledge and contract management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, contract specialist, or legal assistant preferred.
• Experience drafting commercial contracts, highly preferred.
• Foundational exposure to intellectual property law and trademark registration processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and summarizing licensing agreements.
• Interface with business units and IOC to manage licensing of IP.
• Collaborate with legal team on education regarding IP protection.
• Maintain the internal trademark database and track deadlines.
• Support drafting of contracts, NDAs, and related documents for RFPs and communications.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on special projects.
• Support other projects and assignments for Managing Counsel and the legal team.
