Fanatics Inc. seeks a Licensing Partnerships Intern to support the College Licensing team with data tracking, royalty monitoring, license records, and event execution.

You will help plan Fanatics’ annual event calendar, build scalable planning infrastructure, and provide insights tied to ADL sales for better product positioning and partner experiences. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking sales, royalties, and metrics.
• Interest or experience in sports licensing or collegiate athletics business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for partner-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented record-keeping, maintaining active license data.
• Ability to support event logistics end-to-end for a multi-event calendar.
• Self-starter mindset and proactive issue escalation to senior team.

Responsibilities

• Track sales and royalty guarantees and provide timely insights to the College GM team.
• Maintain license records and consolidate planning grids and materials.
• Create and maintain deck templates for recurring partner meetings.
• Coordinate vendor, travel, on-site materials, and registration lists across events.
• Support post-event debriefs and learnings to improve future execution.
