  • Oversee regular reconciliations between operational data and financial records. Monitor and reconcile revenue across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with legal and business development teams to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in accounting entries.
Month‑End Close & Financial Controls
  • Lead month‑end close activities related to revenue, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement disclosures, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly revenue schedules for internal and external reporting, including revenue‑related reserves (e.g., allowances for doubtful accounts, sales returns) and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management.
  • Ensure SOX‑compliant controls are maintained over revenue‑related processes.
  • Own the preparation of audit schedules for revenue and support internal and external auditors during financial audits and licensing reviews.
  • Ensure documentation and accounting policies are kept up to date.
Process Improvement & Systems Integration

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of accounting and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Partner with data and operations teams to streamline revenue data capture and validation.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, FP&A, and IT Business Applications teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, support strategic decisions, and drive efficiency across departments.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Manage and develop a small team of revenue accountants, fostering technical expertise and career growth.
What You Bring To The Team

  • Proven experience working with high‑volume, multi‑channel digital revenue.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and data tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
  • CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
  • Strong track record of implementing process improvements and scalable accounting practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
