Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical sciences, or a related field.
• Ten years of experience in university technology transfer, corporate licensing, or related commercialization leadership.
• Experience leading people and improving organizational processes in a metrics-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic commercialization for physical sciences and engineering technologies in line with the office's mission.
• Develop and manage a vertically oriented licensing function with strong domain expertise.
• Create annual and multi-year portfolio growth and engagement plans across sectors.
• Mentor licensing teams and design workflows for disclosure, IP strategy, marketing, negotiation, and portfolio management.
• Coordinate with internal partners to move opportunities through the commercialization process.
