Job summary

WildBrain CPLG is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support North America licensees and operations. The role reports to the VP, North America and focuses on organizing, onboarding licensees, and assisting the commercial team with deal memos and trackers.

You will coordinate office operations, events, mail handling and cross-border logistics while supporting product development and licensee onboarding with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations to ensure a functional and comfortable working environment.

  • Manage mail and package shipping/delivery.
  • Assist product development team in licensee onboarding, sample management and storage.
  • Assist commercial team with submitting deal memos and updated new business trackers.

  • Conduct research and due diligence on manufacturers within a specific category to develop prospective licensee lists.

About the Role

WildBrain CPLG is looking for a Licensing Coordinator, reporting to VP, North America.

The Licensing Coordinator is a skilled organizer and competent professional who can undertake a variety of day-to-day office, admin, and sales tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our business processes and operations run smoothly and are proactive in supporting all business growth activities.

Job Description
What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate office operations to ensure a functional and comfortable working environment
  • Set up and coordinate on-site, local and inter-office event, functions and activities
  • Liaise with building management and co-working space management regarding all office operations.
  • Manage mail and package shipping/delivery process
  • Assist product development team in licensee onboarding, sample management and storage organization
  • Assist commercial team with submitting deal memo’s and updated new business trackers
  • Update brand licensee lists on a monthly basis
  • Conduct research and due diligence on manufacturers within a specific category to develop prospective licensee lists
