Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor 200+ license agreements and related compliance items.
• Coordinate with Technology Licensing Officers to ensure compliance with terms (royalties, reporting, milestones).
• Maintain accuracy of OTT's finance and compliance database.
• Review license agreements to identify terms needing monitoring for compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for compliance issues with TLOs, directors, and licensees.
