Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the portfolio of licensed brands and partnerships.
• Maintain organized records of license agreements, amendments, brand guidelines, approvals, and licensing documentation.
• Coordinate product approval submissions and follow up with internal teams and licensors to keep approvals moving on schedule.
• Assist with licensing compliance requirements, ensuring products, packaging, artwork, and marketing materials align with contractual obligations and brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update product line lists, forecasts, retail information, business plans, and licensing reports.
