Job summary

The Well in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Licensed Service Associate to support a lead advisor with decades of experience and a client book of 350-400+. This on-site role handles client service, trade execution, and onboarding for a tight-knit, high-performing team.

The position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and professional client communication while contributing to a growing, family-like firm culture. Strong CRM and office suite skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 + Series 66 license (or Series 63 and 65).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, specifically in an independent investment advisory, RIA, or wealth management firm.
• Solid knowledge of investment products, annuities, and financial services terminology.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Client service, trade execution/rebalancing per advisor direction.
• RMD project management (spreadsheet tracking, firm-wide).
• Account service requests (withdrawals, beneficiary changes, money movement).
• Redtail CRM recordkeeping, meeting prep/reports, new client onboarding support.
