Job summary

Beacon Pointe Advisors seeks an Associate Wealth Advisor in Scottsdale, AZ to join our team. You will assist in client advisory, investment management, and administrative client service tasks, coordinating with Senior Wealth Advisors and a team dedicated to servicing sophisticated high-net-worth individuals and families.

You will provide direct support in daily client service, investment execution, and planning activities, while helping with business development and maintaining accurate client

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (Finance, Business or Economics preferred).
• Professional designation (CFP®, CFA, Series 65, or equivalent) preferred.
• 1–2+ years with high-net-worth clients; experience at an RIA, investment manager or broker/dealer is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service to a select group of clients and colleagues; communicate frequently in writing and verbally.
• Assist in client advisory, investment management and daily service tasks with Senior Wealth Advisors.
• Support business development efforts and coordinate timely investment processes for new accounts.
• Maintain client data in Tamarac and other internal systems; understand portfolio construction and risk management.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and client services staff on issues and initiatives.
