California Department of State Hospitals – Napa is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (Safety) to join the Napa Registry Department. This permanent intermittent position (1500 hours) offers in-office work in Napa County with a salary range of $5,082.00 to $6,361.00 per month.

New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum of the classification, and successful applicants must meet license requirements and complete the STD 678 application.

The Department of State Hospitals – Napa Registry Department is currently accepting application for Permanent Intermittent Licensed Vocational Nurse. In order to maintain a position in the Registry all permanent intermittent employees are required to work a minimum of: Twelve (12) 8-hours shifts per calendar month at least six (6) of which must be weekend shifts. Three (3) major holidays and three (3) high need days per calendar year must be worked (requirements are defined in Registry Guidelines). These minimum requirements are based on current operational need and may be subject to change

Positions will be filled based upon budget approval.
